Kim Frederiksen is Head of Projects at ZESO and educated as a Constructing Architect at BTH Byggeteknisk Højskole. Kim has many years of experience as a Project Leader and Construction Economist and has solid experience delivering many of ZESO’s complex transformation projects.
Kim is a sharp Project Manager who has an eye for both the detail and the daily project process. Combined with his strong insight into construction economics, he creates robust and buildable projects. Kim focuses on clear communication and ensures transparency and constant project follow-up as an integral part of any project process.
