AVIATION
We are inspired by how aviation connects people and supports regional development. Airports are complex public buildings and critical infrastructure, and we design and plan them to perform efficiently while progressing toward a more sustainable future. Our work supports the sector’s transition by integrating responsible resource use, long-term planning and sustainable building strategies.
We work across the entire airport environment, including masterplanning, due diligence, analysis, building design, temporary setups and airport-specific furniture. Our projects range from terminals and piers to refurbishments, reconfigurations and commercial areas that balance operational needs with revenue-generating functions.
Regional airports are a particular focus for us. They are vital links for communities with limited connectivity and require a different mindset and sensitivity. We have contributed to the development of regional airports primarily in the North Atlantic and continue to build on this experience.
TRANSFORMATION
Transformation is rooted in our hands-on understanding of existing buildings and their potential. Several members of our team are trained craftsmen, giving us a deep practical understanding of construction, materials and detailing. This experience strengthens our ability to work with transformation, renovation and adaptive re-use on a high professional level.
We adapt structures to new functions, combining architectural quality with responsible resource use. While new construction can sometimes be an efficient solution, re-use and refurbishment often provide the most sustainable and contextually meaningful outcome.
We also initiate projects by identifying buildings with potential and bringing clients and partners together around conversion and renovation opportunities. Our combined background as craftsmen, architects and project leaders provides a solid foundation for transforming existing buildings into well-considered, durable and relevant solutions.
