Redesign of Historic Factory Building!
ZESO Architects are part of another exciting Transformation project on Høffdingsvej 32-36 in Valby.
The buildings are from 1947 and were home to the company Plumrose, famous for their sausages and canned foods.
ZESO is focused on the renovation and space planning stategies that improve daylight conditions, accessibility and energy solutions. The structure is made of reinforced concrete that speaks to the buildings original industrial function. It is important from a sustainability perspective to prioritize reservation to prolong the life of the building and make sure the space remains attractive in the years to come.
The project is carried out for De Forenede Ejendomsselskaber in collaboration with Contractor RAWO, Engineers Lyngkilde and Consultants3RK.
