New Auction House in Lyngy

The building on Nørgaardsvej 1-3 have until now been home for Fogs Bolig & Designhus but is set to be renovated before Bruun Rasmussen Auctioneers move in. The project is based upon a wish to have a new and dynamic place promoting culture and arts in the heart of Lyngby.

The purpose of the renovation is to design a collective space for all of Bruun Rasmussens activities and areas of expertise.

The aim is to create the auction house of the future and provide the best possible environment for both costumers and employees. After the renovation the building will have new functions and facilities such as showrooms, office and administration space, photo studios etc. Furthermore, the building will also include a big auction hall.

The project is carried out for PensionDanmark A/S in collaboration with Emcon A/S, NCC A/S and Spangenberg og Madsen A/S.
