Annual Financial Statement
The financial statement for 2021/2022 shows a growth in revenue from 19 million DKK to 28 million DKK, with a corresponding pre-tax profit of 4.4 million DKK.
– This contributes to further consolidating the company, which we can be very pleased with, says CEO Kristian Weber Thomsen while thanking the Chairman of the board Iben Mai Winsløw for invaluable assistance in this process.
We are at the same time expecting 2023 to be a good year for the company.
– We can already see the positive trends from 2022 continuing into 2023, as the current level of activity is expected to be maintained. We are looking forward to continuing and building upon the relationship with our clients and collaborators in the new year, says Kristian Weber Thomsen and elaborates:
– The focus in 2022 has been to continue the positive developments of the company and strengthen our presence in the North Atlantic region, which has been successful with new projects in both the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Simultaneously, we have managed to expand our project portfolio in Denmark. Projects with master planning and transformation have been especially prominent this year. Among ongoing projects, we can point to the redesign of office space in Lautrupsgade in Østerbro, the new test facilities for Novo Nordisk in Gentofte and the expansion of Terminal 3 in Copenhagen Airport.
Regarding professional highlights this year, we can mention the recently initiated design of another airport project in Greenland, this time in Qaqortoq and once again in collaboration with MT Højgaard International. The transformation of ENIGMA – Museum of Communication in the old post office in Trianglen, Østerbro has successfully been completed. Finally, we are proud to see Finger E nominated for the prestigious ARCHITIZER A+AWARDS. Finger E is designed in collaboration with Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects.
