Airport buildings in Qaqortoq

ZESO Architects is executing the design development and detail project phases for two new buildings for the new airport at Qaqortoq, Greenland based on our winning competition proposal and subsequent preliminary design phase. The project consists of a passenger terminal and a service building.

ZESO have also designed the airport buildings in Nuuk and is proud to have the opportunity to be a part of the project in Qaqortoq as well. Hopefully, these new airports will help bring people together and serve the connectivity of both Nuuk and Qaqortoq as well as all of Greenland.

The new airport buildings in Qaqortoq are in collaboration with turn-key contractor KJ Greenland A/S, engineer Spangenberg & Madsen Rådgivende Ingeniørfirma A/S and landscape architect MASU Planning.
