LERGRAVSVEJ 57
Located within a former industrial building, the office renovation at Lergravsvej 57 focused on upgrading the shared facilities while preserving the character of the existing architecture. The project included a new kitchen and kitchenette and introduced a carefully considered material palette. Stainless steel, solid oak and limestone define the design, balancing durability with warmth, complementing the industrial setting.
The kitchen features a 5 mm solid stainless-steel worktop with a satin finish, creating a softer expression to the otherwise very robust material. The central kitchen island supports both everyday use and office gatherings, providing a flexible setting for informal meetings and events.
The kitchenette features a limestone worktop and matching backsplash, creating a more refined and welcoming expression by the entrance of the office. The warm tones and tactile qualities of the limestone matches the material palette throughout the space. Industrial pendant lights reinforce the overall design concept, adding warmth and character while complementing the building’s industrial heritage.
