Award-winning meeting and event venue HUONE (“room” in Finnish) welcomes 20 creative rooms at Amager Strand, Copenhagen.
ZESO Architects has acted as independent tenant consultant for HOUNE as they have moved into to their new commercial lease in an old production hall. ZESO has been involved, as tenant consultant, throughout the execution process after the lease agreement has been signed.
ZESO has ensured that HUONE’s design catalogue is implemented correctly and has given recommendations about sustainable design solutions and materials.
