ZESO has in collaboration with Pædagogernes Pension (PBU), Kuben Management and Opland Landskab won the competition concerning Albo Grunden in the center of Albertslund. A new living environment with 91 modern rental properties by Rådhussøen is thereby a reality.
Rådhus Have contains a total of 7300 m² new residences with impressive views and access to recreational areas. ZESO has focused on safety and equality in the development. This is supported by a big, common yard with shelter, evening sun and with close contact to the nearby area.
The project is characterized by a strong cooperation between advisors and professional investors, who in collaboration have created a residence that matches both families with children and seniors. Rådhus Have thereby supports Albertslunds Kommunes goal to expand its position as an attractive settlement municipality.
