ZESO has in collaboration with John Moran (former secretary general of the Department of Finance and social entrepreneur), and the Liveable Limerick Group, created an alternative vision for the revitalization of O’ Connell street in central Limerick. The initiative has created an intense debate, which has engaged and activated the local people, who demand to be heard. This awakening of a democratic process, inspiring and activating local opinion, is something ZESO helps create when we move outside of Denmark’s own borders.
