Next summer, Baron Boltens Gaard in inner Copenhagen will be the setting for a new food market featuring more than 30 stalls! Nik Kongsø, chair of the Stall Holders’ Association Copenhagen Street Food: We want it to be an international street food environment capable of gathering Copenhageners and tourists … a popular oasis where everyone can feel at home regardless of age and leave again sated with new experiences and a full stomach. Pure and simple.
As a provider of total consultancy services, ZESO looks forward to leaving their stamp on Copenhagen’s new meeting place. Based on solid experience from Papirøen (the Paper Island), the respective partners now seek a new kind of expression with regard to both content and design. The historical environment, once featuring a theatre, is rekindled with the opening of the old theatre stage and a transparent and welcoming refurbishment of the existing areas will give Copenhagen a new urban space.
