Fælledhusene are nominated for this year’s Estate Project Award!
ZESO and Bonava are behind the development project, which shortens traditional design phases and through close cooperation throughout the process from sketching to sales, is platform for a more strong result. As part of the Arena District in Ørestad, Copenhagen, the building creates a hybrid between terraced houses and floor buildings, where dynamic urban spaces form the framework for an urban environment in close relation to the wild nature.
