Method
Method
Creativity often thrives best inside a defined framework. At ZESO Architects our framework consists of five principles:
- Functionality
- Sustainability
- Economy
- Aesthetics
- Buildability
Together these principles create the basis of our HIGH FIVE method. We always make sure all five principles are considered from the start of a project until the end. Accordingly, ZESO puts heavy emphasis on combining the qualities of both architects and constructing architects. The approach aims to, already in the early design phases, evaluate a project in terms of buildability and economy. This method ensures achievable and compelling architectural concepts without limiting innovation.
Segments
ZESO is involved with tasks from both private and public contractors within LIVING, LEARNING, TRANSFORMATION, COMMERCIAL, CONNECTIVITY and CARE. Within each segment, ZESO has the relevant skills and experienced specialists. ZESO has a wide repertoire including projects of different sizes and levels of complexity, ranging from master planning and new buildings to renewal of existing buildings.
Digitalisation
ZESO strives to always be up to date on digital solutions within architecture, which helps ensure smooth project development. We are constantly re-evaluating the capabilities of our team, while subsequently setting new goals and identifying areas where new knowledge is needed.
ZESO focuses on Building Information Modelling (BIM) as a part of our strategic development. BIM offers solutions to concrete problems and helps specialists plan and design while providing more control throughout the process. Furthermore, BIM supports an interdisciplinary approach and gives stakeholders a continuous point of reference regarding our HIGH FIVE method, which ensures every project is unique and its specific requirements are considered appropriately.
